You begin with a Discovery Session where we explore areas you wish to work with therapy and chart out a Plan of Therapy ( Estimated number of sessions required) and visually chart a way forward. Plan of Therapy will include Mandatory sessions, and Curated sessions such as Inner Child, Past Life Regression & Recommended sessions such as Life Script etc. 

Access Consciousness Bars is a non invasive, body process done while gently touching 32 points on the head that can destress, relax and rejuvenate. Access Body Processes work on bodies and subtle bodies.
