Mind
Memory is stored in images. Sometimes conscious, mostly subconscious. since it is stored in resolved and unresolved formats it adds drama to life. Unresolved formats mostly and that is where working with the mind, beliefs, patterns etc is required. Mental Health Practitioners are trained with tools & techniques to help and provide a non judgmental healing space to find resolutions.
Body
Cellular memory, DNA, Pain body are terms you may have come across or not; when unresolved issues are stored in memory, triggers happen.
Body work is essential for the body and mind to be aligned towards your well-being. Else the power struggle between the two cause 'being stuck'.
Emotions
Emotions are what move thoughts into actions > Kinetic force. Emotionally wholehearted human beings are in touch with all their emotions. It helps to see how your body and mind respond when you are happy and when you are sad or low - you know the answer to that. Although the emotion you feel acts as a trigger or keyword search for the whole situation / memory stored in your mind - body association and intensifies it with each time it is left unresolved. It is like marking, highlighting, coding it and making it BOLD to be seen as important item on list to be resolved.
Approach To Answers
Therapy & Conversation
This is a Healing space where you will be interacting with me individually either in person / Skype/ call. An introductory session will be scheduled to discuss all the issues that require resolutions, you will be introduced to different modalities of therapy and together we will chart out a plan of therapy to estimate how many working session we require and how much self awareness work you would be required to do. It requires team work - You, Your self awareness work & The Therapist.
Workshops & Classes
These are group therapy / learning sessions. A space to learn self healing tools and techniques, be in a shared space of self discovery, deepening, and introspective support system.
While therapy is intense, a workshop or class while working in a group can bring synergy and powerful healing; an opportunity that one must experience at least once to know - there are many sailors like you, who have come to become masters of their ships.
Self Healing | Sometimes all of the above
Self Transformation is a life long process, a vast ocean to seek from. Life has passages / changes due to birth, loss, separation, death, job, lifestyle, health, etc. How we are equipped to cope these changes is what it is ultimately.
